The album's title translates to “Money, Intoxication, Love,” reflecting the themes explored throughout Bohemia's songwriting.

Bohemia followed Pesa Nasha Pyar with Da Rap Star, released in 2009.
The album further established his reputation as a Punjabi-language rapper and expanded his audience across India and the international South Asian diaspora.
Da Rap Star received multiple award nominations, including recognition at the UK Asian Music Awards and PTC Punjabi Music Awards. It also spent time at the top of the Planet M chart.

Bohemia's career expanded into Bollywood during the late 2000s.
He contributed the title track for Warner Bros.' film Chandni Chowk to China, starring Akshay Kumar and Deepika Padukone. He also appeared in the film.
